Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Weigh Safe True Tow weight distribution shank for your two-inch trailer hitch receiver. So, this shank will indeed slide into your two-inch hitch receiver and it's going to give you the attachment point for your weight distribution systems head assembly. And this is designed to be used with your Weigh Safe True Tow hitches with either an 8,500-pound or 12,500-pound gross towing weight. This does have a maximum towing weight of 1,200 pounds and a maximum gross towing weight of to 12,500 pounds.

And in this orientation, this is going to give you a maximum drop of about four inches when you flip it over, a maximum rise of about five inches, and you're gonna have incremental height adjustments of one and a quarter inches. Let me get my tape measure here. Give you some overall measurements. Might prove helpful for you. Try not to knock that over.

So looking at the overall length, we are sitting right at. Right at about 11 inches. The overall height. right about eight and a quarter inches tall. And another measurement that my prove helpful for you, I'm gonna see if I can do that here real quick.

Looks like from the center of our hitch pin hole to the center of the attachment holes, adjustment holes here, we're right at seven inches on center. And then from the center of the hitch pin hole to the end of the shank, three inches, in case you needed those dimensions as well. Pinhole diameter is 5/8 of an inch. This is constructed of high strength steel, so it's sturdy, it's gonna be durable. It's got a great powder coat finish on there as well that I think is going to hold up really well for you.
